A quarter peal of 1260 changes of Plain Bob Doubles was rung on the first Sunday in Lent, February 21st. The quarter peal was also a belated birthday compliment to our Steeplekeeper, Dr Andrew Farnham, who celebrated a special birthday whilst on holiday in Australia last year. The ringers were all from the local band and the quarter peal was conducted by Andrew's son, Keith.
